His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Canadian Space Agency Act*, is pleased hereby S.C. 1990, c. 13

(a)

to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1993-1672 of August 18, 1993**; SI/93-172, 1993 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 3711

(b)

to designate the Minister of Industry, Science and Technology, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
