Provision

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the National Research Council Act and paragraph (c.1)* of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby S.C. 1992, c. 1, s. 69(2)

(a)

to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1993-1468 of June 25, 1993**; SI/93-122, 1993 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 3214

(b)

to designate the Minister of Industry, Science and Technology, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to act as the Minister for the purposes of the National Research Council Act; and

(c)

to designate the Minister of Industry, Science and Technology as the appropriate Minister with respect to the National Research Council of Canada for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act.
