His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(b)* of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Transport to prescribe, by order, the charges to be paid by users of ship/shore communications services provided by Coast Guard Radio Stations.
