His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(b)* of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Transport to prescribe, by order, the charges to be paid in respect of pleasure craft for the issue of plates pertaining to the recommended safe limits of engine power and recommended gross load capacity and for the issue of notices pertaining to compliance with construction standards.
