Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Communications and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(b)** of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 6

to make the annexed Order authorizing the Minister of Communications to prescribe, by order, the fees to be paid by users for whom the National Library provides certain services.
Short Title
This Order may be cited as the Minister of Communications (Library and Archives of Canada) Authority to Prescribe Fees Order.
Authorization
The Minister of Communications is authorized to prescribe, by order, subject to section 3, the fees to be paid by users for whom the Library and Archives of Canada provides the following services:
information systems services;
bibliographic services;
reprographic services; and
local delivery services.
Fee
The fee to be paid by users for whom the Library and Archives of Canada provides a service is to be determined in accordance with the Treasury Board publication on External User Charges for Goods, Services, Property, Rights and Privileges, issued in August 1986 and revised in December 1989.
