His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, is pleased hereby to transfer from the Minister of Finance to the Minister of Industry
all the powers, duties and functions referred to in paragraph (a) of Order in Council P.C. 1993-1907 of November 4, 1993 a and in Order in Council P.C. 1995-537 of March 29, 1995 b; and SI/93-206 SI/95-49
the control and supervision of that portion of the public service known as the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec.
