His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, is pleased hereby to transfer to the Department of National Revenue the control and supervision of that portion of the public service in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions known as the Pension Advice Section, effective April 1, 1996.
