Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 62(4) a of the Public Service Staff Relations Act, hereby designates the Staff of the Non-Public Funds, Canadian Forces, a separate employer, for the purposes of paragraph 62(1)(a) of the Public Service Staff Relations Act. S.C. 1999, c. 26, s. 19(2)
