Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to sections 978 a of the Bank Act b and 1021 c of the Insurance Companies Act d, hereby makes the annexed Security Certificate Transfer Fee (Banks, Bank Holding Companies, Insurance Companies and Insurance Holding Companies) Regulations. Maximum Fee

s. 1 — Maximum fee

For the purposes of subsections 85(2) of the Bank Act and 89(2) of the Insurance Companies Act, the maximum fee that may be charged for a security certificate issued in respect of a transfer is $5.
