Retail Association
s. 1
— Definition of retail association
For the purpose of the Cooperative Credit Association Act, a retail association is an association that is providing financial services to persons or entities other than those referred to in subparagraphs 375(1)(a)(i) to (v) of that Act under an approval delivered by the Minister pursuant to paragraph 375.1(1)(a) of that Act.
