The Nunavut Water Board, pursuant to subsection 173(3) of the Nunavut Waters and Nunavut Surface Rights Tribunal Act a, hereby makes the annexed Application of Regulations made under paragraph 33(1)(m) or (n) of the Northwest Territories Waters Act in Nunavut Order. S.C. 2002, c. 10
