Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 115 of the Customs Tariff a, hereby makes the annexed Fruit and Vegetable Remission Order, 2003. S.C. 1997, c. 36

Remission

Subject to section 2, remission is hereby granted of the customs duties paid or payable under the Customs Tariff by or on behalf of the company listed in Column I of an item of the attached schedule up to the amount listed in Column IV, in respect of the product listed in Column II, if the product was imported for processing during the year listed in Column III.

Condition

The remission is granted on the condition that a claim for remission is made to the Minister of National Revenue no later than December 31, 2005.

Coming into Force

This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
