Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 978 a of the Bank Act b, hereby makes the annexed Material Banking Group Percentage Regulations. S.C. 2005, c. 54, s. 135 S.C. 1991, c. 46
Prescribed Percentage

For the purposes of subsection 508(2) of the Bank Act, the percentage is 35%.

For the purposes of subsection 508(3) of the Bank Act, the percentage is 50%.
