Perfluorooctane sulfonate and its salts are added to column 1 of the Virtual Elimination List 1, compiled under subsection 65(2) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 2. SOR/2006-298 S.C. 1999, c. 33
Coming into Force
These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
