Contents of Annual Statement
The prescribed statements referred to in subsection 292(2) of the Cooperative Credit Associations Act are
a balance sheet as at the end of the financial year;
a statement of income for the financial year;
a statement of cash flows for the financial year;
a statement of changes in equity for the financial year; and
a statement of comprehensive income for the financial year.
Coming into Force
These Regulations come into force on June 1, 2011.
