Provision

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 102 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006 a hereby makes the annexed Expiry of the Application of Section 12.1 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006 Regulations. S.C. 2006, c. 13

Section 12.1 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006 ceases to be in force on July 1, 2011.

These Regulations come into force on July 1, 2011.
