His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 9.01(1) a of the Currency Act b, makes the annexed Regulations for the Redemption of One Cent Coins. S.C. 2012, c. 19, s. 389 R.S., c. C-52

— Authorization
The Minister is authorized to redeem one cent coins that are or that have at any time been current in Canada.

— Coming into force
These Regulations come into force on the day of their registration.
