Provision
His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 38 a of the Customs Tariff b, makes the annexed Least Developed Country Tariff Withdrawal Order (2013 GPT Review). S.C. 2011, c. 24, s. 119 S.C. 1997, c. 36
Withdrawal of Entitlement
s. 1
Entitlement to the benefit of the Least Developed Country Tariff is withdrawn in respect of all goods that originate in Equatorial Guinea and Maldives.
Exemption
s. 2
Section 1 does not apply to goods that were in transit to Canada before January 1, 2015.
