Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(b) a of the Currency Act b, makes the annexed Order Calling in Certain Notes. S.C. 2018, c. 12, s. 230 R.S., c. C-52

— Notes called in
Notes issued under the Bank of Canada Act in the following denominations are called in:
s. 1(a)
one dollar;
s. 1(b)
two dollars;
s. 1(c)
twenty-five dollars;
s. 1(d)
five hundred dollars; and
s. 1(e)
one thousand dollars.

This Order comes into force on January 1, 2021.
