Approved Screening Devices
For the purposes of the definition approved screening device in section 320.11 of the Criminal Code, the following devices, each being a device that is designed to ascertain the presence of alcohol in a person’s blood, are approved:
Alcolmeter S-L2;
Alco-Sûr;
Alcotest® 7410 PA3;
Alcotest® 7410 GLC;
Alco-Sensor IV DWF;
Alco-Sensor IV PWF;
Intoxilyzer 400D;
Alco-Sensor FST;
Dräger Alcotest 6810;
Dräger Alcotest® 6820;
Intoxilyzer 800;
Alcotest 7000; and
Alcotest 6000.
Repeal
The Approved Screening Devices Order 1 is repealed. SI/85-200; SI/2023-1, s. 1
Coming into Force
This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
