His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 12 of the Dominion Succession Duty Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations Respecting section 12 of the Dominion Succession Duty Act.
These Regulations may be cited as the Dominion Succession Duty (1957) Regulations.
The Province of Ontario and the Province of Quebec are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 12 of the Dominion Succession Duty Act.
