The Minister of Transport, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1981-928 of 2 April, 1981*, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing fees or charges to be paid for the services provided in accordance with any agreement entered into pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1981-928 of 2 April, 1981*, in accordance with schedule hereto. Short Title
This Order may be cited as the Telecommunications and Electronic Maintenance Services Fees Order.
Fees
Fees for telecommunications and electronic maintenance services provided by the Department of Transport as a result of any agreement entered into pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1981-928 of 2 April, 1981 1 shall be charged in accordance with the schedule. The following fees for services shall be charged: Item Service Rate 1 Labour Rate Salary rate set out in effective agreement between the Treasury Board and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (I.B.E.W.) Local 2228. 2 Isolated Post and any other appropriate allowances As set out in agreement referred to in item 1. 3 Cost of employee benefit plans In accordance with effective rates set by Treasury Board. 4 Vehicle operation$0.23 per mile. 5 Parts Cost plus any applicable shipping charges. 6 Overhead Rate 65% to be applied to fees charged pursuant to items 1 to 5.
