Short Title
This Order may be cited as the Construction Starts Fee Order.
Fee
Where the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation carries out an inspection for the purpose of determining if a certificate may be issued by the Corporation certifying that the construction of a multiple-unit residential building has commenced, the person requesting the inspection and certificate shall pay a fee of $60 to the Corporation for each certificate requested after August 1, 1981.
