The Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act and Order in Council P.C. 1984-398 of 2 February 1984*, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing the fees to be paid for registration under a program established pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act**. Short Title

s. 1

This Order may be cited as the Program Registration Fees Order.

Fees

s. 2

The fees payable by a person who applies

s. 2(a)

to register in a Field Sampling Program, or

s. 2(b)

for registration in an Analytical Program

established pursuant to the Urea Formaldehyde Insulation Act shall be as follows:

s. 2(c)

Field Sampling Program $250, and

s. 2(d)

Analytical Program, per laboratory 250.
