The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General, pursuant to subsection 22(3) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations respecting the stoppage of pay and allowances of members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police who are suspended from duty.
Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the R.C.M.P. Stoppage of Pay and Allowances Regulations.
Stoppage of Pay and Allowances
The Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner or an Assistant Commissioner may order the stoppage of pay and allowances of a member who is suspended from duty pursuant to section 13.1 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act.
