His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 27 and 31* of An Act to provide for the appointment of a Port Warden for the Harbour of Quebec**, is pleased herby to approve the revocation of the Quebec Port Warden’s Tariff of Fees Order, C.R.C., c. 1369, and to approve the annexed Order establishing the tariff of fees and charges to be paid to the Port Warden of the Harbour of Quebec for services performed by the Port Warden of his deputies, made by the Board of Trade and Industry of the Metropolitan Quebec. Short Title

This Order may be cited as the Quebec Port Warden’s Tariff of Fees Order.

Fees and Charges

The fees and charges set out in column 2 of an item to the schedule shall be paid for the services specified in column 1 of an item to the schedule and are due from the owner or operator of a vessel at the time the services are performed.
