Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources, pursuant to subsection 52(1.1)* of the Energy Administration Act**, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order declaring sections 53 to 65 of the Energy Administration Act to be non-applicable in respect of any producer-province, effective November 1, 1986. This Order may be cited as the Energy Administration Act Sections 53 to 65 Non-application Order, 1986.

Declaration

s. 2

Sections 53 to 65 of the Energy Administration Act do not apply in respect of any producer-province.
