The Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, pursuant to section 29 of the Fisheries Act, hereby makes the annexed Notice excepting certain Pacific hake from operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act.

Pacific hake caught in those waters described in the Pacific Fishery Management Area Regulations as Areas 121, 123, 124, 125 and 126 are hereby excepted from the operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act.
