Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 7 of the Atlantic Fisheries Restructuring Act*, is pleased hereby S.C. 1980-81-82-83, c. 172

(a)

to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1985-2003 of June 20, 1985**; and SOR/85-594, 1985 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 2961

(b)

to authorize the Minister of State (Privatization and Regulatory Affairs) to exercise the powers given to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans pursuant to the Atlantic Fisheries Restructuring Act in respect of 125459 Canada Limited, Fishery Products International Limited and 125457 Canada Limited known as NSHOLDCO Limited.
