Provision

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the National Transportation Agency, pursuant to subsection 253(6) of the National Transportation Act, 1987*, is pleased hereby to approve the annexed Order exempting certain specified acquisitions by Voyageur Colonial Limited from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987, made by the National Transportation Agency. S.C. 1987, c. 34

Short Title

This Order may be cited as the Voyageur Colonial Limited Acquisition Exemption Order.

Exemption

s. 2

The acquisition by Voyageur Colonial Limited of all shares in C.F. Kingsway Inc. held by Groupe CSL Inc. is hereby exempted from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987.
