Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 7 of the Atlantic Fisheries Restructuring Act, is pleased hereby:
to revoke Order in Council P.C. 1988-734 of April 21, 1988; and
to authorize the Minister of Finance to exercise the powers of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans referred to in that Act in respect of National Sea Products Limited.
