His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 23 of the Customs Tariff*, is pleased hereby to extend the benefit of the Most-Favoured-Nation Tariff to ferro-chromium of tariff item No. 7202.41.00 or 7202.49.00 that originates in a country to which the General Tariff applies, effective April 15, 1990.
