His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 7(1)* of the National Parks Act, is pleased hereby to revoke the National Parks Townsite and Subdivision Designation Regulations, C.R.C., c. 1133, and to make the annexed Regulations respecting the designation of towns, visitor centres and resort subdivisions in national parks, in substitution therefor. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the National Parks Town, Visitor Centre and Resort Subdivision Designation Regulations.
Surveyed Areas
The surveyed areas shown on the plans of survey listed in the schedule are designated as towns, visitor centres or resort subdivisions as set out in the schedule.
