Provision

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(a)* of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations prescribing the fee to be paid for the verification of a criminal record for civil purposes. S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 6

Short Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Criminal Record Verification for Civil Purposes Fee Regulations.

The fee to be paid by an individual for the verification by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police of a criminal record for civil purposes is $25.
