His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, is pleased hereby

pursuant to subsection 3(1.1)* of the Financial Administration Act, to amend Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Secretary of State of Canada in column II** thereof opposite the names of the National Archives of Canada, the National Film Board and the National Library in column I thereof and by substituting for each of those references a reference to the Minister of Communications.
