Provision

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 60.01(7)* of the Customs Tariff**, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations prescribing agricultural goods in respect of any country for the purpose of imposing a safeguard surtax, 1995-3, effective August 1, 1995. Short Title

These Regulations may be cited as the Safeguard Surtax Regulations, 1995-3.

Goods Subject to Safeguard Surtax

s. 2

For the purposes of section 68 of the Customs Tariff, the following agricultural goods, classified under the tariff item numbers that follow them, are prescribed in respect of any country:
