His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 7 of the Department of Natural Resources Act*, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations respecting the report on the state of Canada’s forests. S.C. 1994, c. 41

Short Title

s. 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Report on the State of Canada’s Forests Regulations.

Report

s. 2

By June 30 of each year, the Minister of Natural Resources shall prepare a report respecting the state of the forests in Canada and their contribution to the economy and environment of Canada and to the social well-being of Canadians.
