Provision

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to section 58.3 a of the Customs Tariff b, hereby makes the annexed Order Specifying Limits on the Annual Aggregate Quantity of Goods of Tariff Item No. 0603.10.21 that are Entitled to the Benefit of the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement Tariff. S.C. 1996, c. 33, s. 45 R.S., c. 41 (3rd Supp.)

The aggregate quantity of roses of tariff item No. 0603.10.11 that are entitled to the benefit of the Canada-Israel Agreement Tariff is limited to 90,000 dozen in a calendar year.

Coming into Force

This Order comes into force on the day on which section 45 of the Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, being chapter 33 of the Statutes of Canada, 1996, comes into force.[Note: Order in force January 1, 1997, see SI/97-9.]
