His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to paragraph 118(4)(a) of the Customs Tariff a, hereby makes the annexed Time Limit for the Application of Subsection 118(1) of the Customs Tariff Regulations. S.C. 1997, c. 36

Time Limit for Application

s. 1

Subsection 118(1) of the Customs Tariff applies in respect of any imported goods for a period of six years after the day on which the goods are released.

Coming into Force

s. 2

These Regulations come into force on January 1, 1998.
