Provision

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 73(2.1)(b) a of the Nunavut Act b, hereby makes the annexed Maximum Amount for Agreements with Governments Order. S.C. 1998, c. 15, s. 13(3) S.C. 1993, c. 28

Maximum Amount

For the purposes of paragraph 73(2.1)(b) of the Nunavut Act, an amount of $15,000,000 is hereby prescribed for agreements with governments.

Coming into Force

s. 2

This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
