In this section, Regional District of Kootenay Boundary Sanitary Sewage Dispute means a dispute between The Corporation of the City of Rossland, the City of Trail and The Corporation of the Village of Warfield in the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary in respect of interception, treatment and disposal of sanitary sewage under Supplementary Letters Patent dated April 22, 1969.

For purposes of section 286 of the Community Charter, the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary Sanitary Sewage Dispute is a prescribed matter.
