— Limits on sale
A drug listed in the table below must not be sold from a pharmacy to a person unless at least one of the following conditions is met:
s. 1(a)
the person is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada;
s. 1(b)
the drug is sold directly to the person, while the person is on the premises of the pharmacy.
