— Prescribed bodies
For the purposes of section 48 (1) (i) of the Library Act, the following are prescribed as bodies with which a library board may enter into a written agreement to cooperate in the provision of library services:
s. 1(a)
the government of Canada;
s. 1(b)
an agency of the government of Canada.
