In this regulation Act means the Financial Institutions Act.
s. 2
— Amount prescribed for section 277 (2) (d) of the Act
For the purpose of section 277 (2) (d) of the Act, the amount prescribed is 5% of the calculated value of the credit union's risk weighted assets.
