— Delegation
s. 1(1)
The administration of the following is delegated to the authority:
s. 1(1)(a)
the Motor Dealer Act;
s. 1(1)(b)
the Motor Dealer Act Regulation;
s. 1(1)(c)
the Motor Dealer Consignment Sales Regulation;
s. 1(1)(d)
the Motor Dealer Customer Compensation Fund Regulation;
s. 1(1)(e)

s. 1(1)(f)
the Salesperson Licensing Regulation;
s. 1(1)(g)
the Wholesaler Licensing Regulation;
s. 1(1)(h)
the Broker Licensing Regulation.

Without limiting subsection (1), the authority may exercise the powers, functions or duties of the minister under section 2 of the Motor Dealer Act.
