— Definition
In this regulation, consent agreement means the agreement between the government and the Simpcw First Nation titled "Consent Decision-Making Agreement for Mine Projects", negotiated and entered into under section 7 (1) (b) of the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act and dated July 15, 2026.

— Consent agreement prescribed
For the purposes of section 7 (b) (ii) [required consent] of the Environmental Assessment Act, the consent agreement is prescribed as it relates to the Yellowhead Copper Project.
