— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Motor Vehicle Act.
s. 2
— Fees
s. 2(1)
The fee for a show cause hearing or reconsideration under section 118.97 of the Act is $200, payable by the person applying to show cause or requesting a reconsideration.
s. 2(2)
If the director finds in favour of the person at a show cause hearing or reconsideration, a fee paid under this section by that person must be refunded by the director.
