— Application of Youth Criminal Justice Act (Canada)
For the purposes of proceedings referred to in section 4 (1) of the Youth Justice Act, except if the proceedings are commenced by means of a violation ticket, section 17 of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (Canada) is prescribed.
