— Definition
In this regulation, Act means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Act.
s. 2
— Prescribed information
The following information is prescribed for the purposes of section 178 (4) of the Act:
s. 2(a)
the legal description and size of the land subject to a surface lease;
s. 2(b)
a description of the nature of the interest conferred by a surface lease;
s. 2(c)
the terms and conditions of a surface lease;
s. 2(d)
the date a surface lease is entered into and, if applicable, amended.
