— Definitions
In this regulation:

— Act
Act means the Utilities Commission Act;
s. 1
— EGP project
EGP project has the same meaning as in Direction No. 5 to the British Columbia Utilities Commission.
s. 2
— Exclusion
The EGP project is excluded from the operation of section 45 (1) of the Act.
